Yeah, I agree. Spinach & blackberries are the only things that I like on that list. I've never even seen flaxseeds. I take fish oil capsules (high in Omega 3-fatty acids) almost every day and use skim milk in cereal & that's about it for me.
Oh, I guess I do eat blackberries a couple of times a week (Costco sells a big bag of mixed berries-- delicious on cereal or in fruit salads).
I don't know about anyone else, but a steaming hot dish of macaroni and cheese with crusty cheese on top elevates my mood!
Hey - come back! I miss reading your posts. What do you think about the Lost finale? I was probably the only person who didn't figure out Jack with the beard was future Jack. What a putz I am.
